We want you to be thrilled with your Glowforge; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your printer or materials within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Pack with Care

  Repackage your Glowforge using the original custom-fit foam and boxes to ensure the precision components are protected during transit.

  Ship to Glowforge

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
